Our Sacramento Plants & Seeds Story
We’ve spent the last decade learning how to grow food. But for us it’s been more than just learning how to get plants to grow. It’s also been about relationships—between the foods we ate growing up and the stories, people, and land they are connected to. For the past two years we’ve witnessed people’s faces at farmers’ markets light up with joy seeing bok choy plants and elders reconnecting with plants they hadn’t seen since leaving their home countries. We are excited to continue supporting gardeners and growers in building a food system where all can access healthy and culturally relevant foods.
