Position Full Sun; Spacing 12″. In Mandarin, sesame is called 芝麻 zhīma. Sesame produces beautiful light pink flowers and seed pods that grow along the stalk. Plants prefer dry and hot conditions. When pods begin to turn brown, cut sesame stalks and cure in the sun over a tarp. Seeds will easily fall out of opened pods. Preorder available for delivery or market pick up. Will begin shipping on April 15.
